We offer free local delivery from Victoria to Nanaimo. Delivery rates are automatically applied to your cart at checkout, and are based on your postal code to determine rates.

Our usual turnaround time in the past has been about 4-6 days for packages shipped within BC. If you are outside of our local delivery area, your package can be tracked through Canada Post and you will get an ETA through them.

For local delivery we have a turnaround time of 3-5 days this allows us to assure that everything in your box is fresh.

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or have recieved an item that was broken or damaged, we offer refunds in the form of Store credit. We deal with returns on a case by case basis, and do require a photo of the damaged item to process and resolve the issue in a

fair and timely manner.

Our office is located in Victoria in The Grand Pacific Hotel. Our creative & tech person is based in the North Cowichan area. Our sister company Island Time Tours is also opertated out of the office in Victoria. We are Vancouver Island locals who love to explore and play in the Cowichan Valley.
